The 2024 Young Professionals Chosen by the Journal of Business

This year, the Tri-Cities Area Journal of Business is proud to present the winners of its prestigious Young Professionals awards. The Class of 2024 is a diverse group of individuals who have made outstanding contributions to their respective fields. From Raul Contreras, the assistant director of the Tri-Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, to Melissa Torres, the director of fire systems maintenance at Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, each winner brings a unique perspective and skill set to the table.

The honorees for this year will be celebrated at an event on Wednesday, May 15 at J. Bookwalter Winery in Richland. Tickets for the event can be purchased on the Journal’s website. Additionally, the winners will be featured in a special supplement in the upcoming May edition of the Journal.

The Tri-Cities Area Journal of Business has been recognizing outstanding young professionals in our community for 17 years now. To be eligible for this award, individuals must be 40 years old or younger, work in Benton or Franklin counties, demonstrate excellence in their careers, and exhibit a commitment to charity work, leadership, and community involvement.
