Expanding Cancer Services in Little Rock: UAMS Welcomes Two New Oncologists to Their Team

New Doctors, Manojna Konda, M.D., and Vivek Yadala, M.D., Join the UAMS Baptist Health Cancer Network

Two new oncologists, Dr. Manojna Konda and Dr. Vivek Yadala, have recently joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in order to support the expansion of UAMS cancer services to Baptist Health locations. Both doctors specialize in medical oncology and are currently treating patients at the UAMS Baptist Health Cancer Center at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock.

Dr. Konda is a graduate of UAMS College of Medicine and is board-certified in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology. She is accepting new patients for appointments by calling (501) 202-4715. On the other hand, Dr. Yadala is also triple board-certified in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology. He completed his fellowship in hematology-oncology at UAMS and Marshall University School of Medicine, and graduated from the University Shri B. M. Patil Medical College in Bijapur, India. He is also accepting new patients and can be reached for appointments at (501) 214-2170.

With the addition of these two talented doctors to their team, UAMS aims to provide outstanding compassionate clinical care for patients with cancer or hematological conditions in Little Rock, North Little Rock, and the surrounding areas. The UAMS Baptist Health Cancer Center in Little Rock provides enhanced medical oncology and infusion services, giving patients access to novel clinical trials and proton therapy. Meanwhile, the UAMS Baptist Health Cancer Center in North Little Rock offers medical oncology, radiation oncology, and infusion services for cancer patients
